Take 5 to Ava and at 1st light in Ava, make a left onto NW 12th Ave. (McDonald's is on the corner) You will go about 1/2 mile and entrance to Missouri Ozarks Community Health will be on the right. It's not well lit so sneaks up on you. Go all the way to back parking lot and make left then right and you will see the gym-- it's called the MOCH Wellness Center.
